Pretty Perfect Ponies - A hand picked selection of children's ponies for sale

When our ponies find new homes it is always great that their new owners keep in touch.
Here are some of the things that our customer's have said about us.
Mr and Mrs Judge bought Star in September 2010.
Mrs Judge said...
Star is certainly living up to his name! We were looking for a steady lead rein / first ridden pony for our daughter to gain confidence on and after many long, open and honest conversations with Charlie we took the leap and are so pleased we did. Charlie is very helpful and her advice has been brilliant. Star is a confident, virtually unflappable pony, which is testiment to Charlie and her approach to producing ponies. His steadiness has even encouraged my non-horsey son to enjoy a few rides, in the knowledge that he's being looked after.
Thank you Charlie!
Liz Freemantle from Exeter sent her pony to us for breaking in October 2011.

I was looking for someone to break in my 3yr old Dartmoor pony and turn her into a bombproof children's leadrein pony. By chance I came across Charlie's website and she kindly agreed to take on Pumpkin.
Pumpkin stayed at Charlie's lovely family yard for a few months, and went from never having been sat on to a perfect lead rein pony for my 4 & 2 year old children to learn to ride on.
I was always made to feel very welcome and Pumpkin was very settled. Charlie kept me up to date with weekly email updates on her progress which were great to see how she was doing.
Pumpkin now has perfect manners and no vices, will walk past anything and do anything asked of her. Charlie has produced an amazing bombproof family pony who will hopefully stay with us for many years.
I cannot recommend Charlie highly enough - 10 out of 10!!
Mr and Mrs Parsons from Somerset bought Eddie in October 2011.

Eddie is very easy and uncomplicated and has settled into his new life without a glitch. I was looking for a lead rein/first ridden pony for my 4 year old daughter who was coming off a Shetland and wanting to do more off the lead rein. Ideally I wanted a “been there done that” pony of at least 9 or 10 years old! Having hunted the country we found nothing that fitted the bill until we stumbled across Charlie’s website. I called Charlie as I was apprehensive about having such a young pony with a young child but decided Eddie sounded like he was definitely worth a look. Charlie was very open and honest about what he had done and I am so pleased we went to see him as although he is only 4 he is unflappable and totally bombproof and fantastic around children and livestock which is a true testament to Charlie and her approach to producing ponies. He had only hunted a few times with Charlie and as this was the main thing we wanted him for she was more than happy to take him out a few more times to make sure he was a safe hunter. We then met Charlie at a hunt meet with the trailer and my daughter rode Eddie who behaved impeccably so we brought him home! My daughter loaded him after hunting without a hitch and unloaded him at his new home where he acted as though he had been there all his life. He is a pleasure to own and I am sure he will be with us for a good many years to come. Thank you very much Charlie he is a sort that is very hard to find!
